1. PRIVACY POLICY
In order to process your booking and keep you informed of any relevant information relating to your booking, and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to collect certain personal details from you. These can include full name – mobile phone – email and your address. We will not however, pass any information onto any persons that are not responsible for any part of your travel arrangements. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We may use the information provided by you to contact you about your holiday or to inform you about details of other products and services offered by us.
2. RESERVATION
We provide information concerning available hotels, facilities and rates. You are free to choose the hotel desire. You can request booking per e-mail or follow through our Booking form. Once your booking request is received, our reservation staff will get back to you within 24 hours during the working days (Monday- Friday) with room availability confirmation and will make a temporary booking. If the required hotel is fully booked we will offer you an alternative booking for hotels with similar standard and location. We will send our reservation confirmation email for your record that indicates the method of payment and the due date.
3. PAYMENT
After you receive the temporary booking advance payment 50 % from the service cost should be made then we will proceeding by confirm the booking. The balance amount can be paid upon arrival in Bulgaria but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the rest amount to be paid before arrival, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of tour – travel – the hotel booking or any services we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
60 days prior to arrival deduct 10% from the cost of service
45 days prior to arrival deduct 20% from the cost of service
15 days prior to arrival deduct 30% from the cost of service
07 days prior to arrival deduct 50 % from the cost of service
Less than 7 days or no show no refund
5. DELAYS/FLIGHT
The timing of air, sea, road or rail departures is estimates only. We cannot be held liable or accept any liability for any delay on your flight whether the cancellation or delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, rescheduling by an airline, airport authority, and/or action by air traffic controllers, mechanical breakdown or industrial action. Where long flight delays result in lost holiday’s time, no refunds are given by hotels or suppliers. Similarly, airlines do not offer compensation for flight delays.
6. ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION BY US
While we will use our best endeavors to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to change any of the facilities, service, prices or itineraries described there. No compensation will be paid for alterations or cancellations caused by changes or cancellations to schedules by airlines, the number of person who has booked is less than that required for the tour package or any “Force Majeure”. “Force Majeure” includes (but are not limited to) war, threat of war, riot. Civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics or health risk, technical or maintenance problems with transport, closed or congested airport or ports, unforeseen operational decision of air carriers or any unforeseen or unavoidable event beyond our control.
7. MINIMUM NUMBERS
Some of the tours require a minimum number of persons participating. All of our tours require a minimum number of bookings before they will operate. If we need to cancel the tour because of insufficient number of participants, we will refund all money paid without further obligations or liabilities on our part and no compensation will be payable.
8. TOUR PRICE
No refund or reduction will be made to you with regard to air ticket, meals, accommodation, sightseeing, transfer or any other services which are included in the tour costs but not utilized, fully or partially by for whatever reasons.
9. COMPLAINTS
Should you have a complain about any of the tour arrangement you must tell our representative at that time. It is only if we and the relevant supplier know about the problems that there will be an opportunity to put things right. Failure to complain on the spot will result in your ability to claim compensation being extinguished or at least reduced.
10. PASSPORT, VISAS, AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all applicable requirements and to take with you all necessary documentation for the whole journey. We cannot be held liable if you fail to do this or be held responsible for any denial of boarding or entry into a destination due to improper documentation or whatever reasons and, if we suffer any loss or expense of such failure on your part, you will be obliged to reimburse us.
11. ACTING AS AGENTS ONLY
We act only as an agent for carriers, transportation companies, hotels and other suppliers and will not be responsible for any losses, damages, accidents, and change in the schedule or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond our control and have no liability for any death, personal injury or loss off whatever nature you may suffer. 12. TRAVEL INSURANCE
As you together with your personal property (including baggage) are all times solely at your own risk, we strongly recommend adequate travel insurance. and should arrange supplementary insurance if need be.
